Assessing Your Progress

Objective: Learn how to evaluate your progress and make necessary adjustments to your approach.

Why Progress Matters:

Reflection helps you see where you’re excelling and where you may need to adjust your approach. It also gives you the opportunity to celebrate your wins, no matter how small, and identify areas for improvement.

How to Assess Your Progress:

Take time at the end of each week to evaluate your dating journey. This helps you understand what’s working and where you might need to tweak your approach.

Review Your Goals: Look back at the goals you set for the week. Did you meet them? If not, what barriers got in the way?

  1. Evaluate Your Actions: Consider the actions you took. Did they align with your goals? What would you do differently next time?
  2. Reflect on Your Interactions: Think about how your interactions went. Were you able to engage in meaningful conversations? Did you feel more confident or more open emotionally?
  3. Identify Growth Areas: Reflect on any obstacles you faced. Did you avoid certain situations due to fear or self-doubt? Are there any skills you need to improve, like starting conversations or handling rejection?

By assessing your progress each week, you can continue to improve and stay focused on the bigger picture—building a successful relationship.
